Meghan Markle’s estranged half-sister Samantha Grant is writing a book that will bring to light the relationship the star had with her half-sister. The 52-year-old Grant’s motives are unknown, as the writer grew up separately from Markle, although they share the same father.

Sources say that the connection between the two half-sisters would be limited as they are 17 years apart and have not lived in the same house. Sources go on to say that the reason Grant is writing this book, is due to the relationship the star has with Prince Harry.

The star has not had many interactions with Grant but has always been nice to her and continues to take the high road.

The Grant has also changed her name to Markle, to show that she has a connection with the star.

Grant has spoken about the book on Twitter, saying that once Markle matures she may be able to understand the book.

Markle’s spokesperson states that the star has no relationship with Grant and is unclear what the book will reveal. Markle was raised in a divorced home, where her time was spilt between her parents. Most of Markle’s childhood was spent with her mother, and she visited her father on the weekends or during vacations.

Sources say that the only interaction the pair had was after Markle was 12 and this was at rare family functions.
